New here? Start with the basics

One app for the whole table.
One kitchen, one stew.

Guildstew keeps the stuff you use every session in one place — characters, campaigns, combat, homebrew, safety tools, and streaming. Less tab-juggling, fewer lost notes, more actually playing.

Characters & campaigns

Build characters that stay readable mid-session, and give every campaign a real home — lore, NPCs, notes, and journals included.

Combat, two ways

A back-of-house view for the DM and a clean front-of-house view for players — everyone sees exactly what they should.

Homebrew & streaming

A no-code Brewery for custom rules and items, plus broadcast-ready overlays for the audience tables.

Why Kickstarter, why now

We've cooked.
Now we plate it.

Guildstew is already real, in the hands of hand-picked alpha testers who push it every week. Kickstarter is how we cross the finish line to 1.0: polish, accessibility, the extras that turn a great tool into the one your whole table lives in, and the crew to build it all.

Backing isn't a pre-order on a promise. It's a seat at the table while the recipe is still being seasoned — and your name in the credits for helping cook it.

Where your pledge goes

Funding the recipe,
$2K at a time.

Each milestone we hit on the way to $10K adds another guarantee to the 1.0 release. Hit them all, and every promise below is locked in.

$2K Custom UI/UX + backer goodies
$4K Accessibility features across the app
$6K Custom-coded homebrew tools
$8K Merch production for backer rewards
$10K Fully funded — every goal above, guaranteed

Cross $10K and the kitchen is fully stocked. Everything past that is stretch goals — see below.

Pledge tiers

Pick your plate.

Every tier includes everything from the tiers below it. Digital rewards land in-app; merch ships after the campaign. Final tiers and pricing are confirmed at launch.

Revealed during the run

We reveal higher stretch goals as the campaign approaches them — so there's always something new to unlock. Every stretch goal is something we can deliver ourselves; we don't promise anything that depends on someone else saying yes.

The plan

From campaign

Here's how it rolls out — from the day we launch to the day subscriptions begin.

Questions, answered

The fine print.

When can I actually use Guildstew?

Back at $15+ and your alpha code arrives the second your pledge payment clears — right after the campaign succeeds. $5 backers get beta access in Winter 2026. The full 1.0 launches in Spring 2027.

Is Guildstew a subscription?

Subscriptions begin at 1.0 (Spring 2027). Backers play free through the alpha and beta, and tiers from $75 up include subscription credit — all the way to a lifetime subscription at the Guildmaster tier.

  • Free — $0
  • Adventurer — $6.99/mo
  • Veteran — $12.99/mo
  • Guild — $34.99/mo, a family plan for up to 6 people
Do you use AI art?

No. The art in Guildstew is made by people — drawn in-house by our own artists, with anything brought in from outside properly licensed and credited. No scraped datasets, no generated slop.

When am I charged?

Kickstarter only charges your pledge if the campaign hits its funding goal when it ends — standard Kickstarter rules. Nothing is taken at the moment you back.

How does merch shipping work?

Physical rewards ship after the campaign wraps and production finishes. Shipping is calculated at checkout or in the pledge manager. Tiers from $25 up include physical merch; $5 and $15 are digital-only.

What systems does it support?

Guildstew launches with D&D 5e (2014 & 2024) and Pathfinder 2e, with more native systems planned for 1.0 and beyond. It's homebrew-native, so you can build what isn't there yet.

Aetherian Studios

Cooked by Aetherian Studios

We're a small studio of creative weirdos, world-builders, and problem-solvers who got tired of running campaigns out of a dozen half-dead docs. So we built the tool we wanted — and our own artists drew every pixel of it by hand.

Build weird. Build bold. Build worlds.
